Aisha Muhammad Maiwalle , a Bauchi State indigene has founded an Innovative Skills Acquisition Program to empower young girls in. Bauchi State and beyond.
It is a philanthropic social responsibility initiative being put together in Nigeria’s Bauchi State which holds the potential to create a new and highly effective template for the socio-economic empowerment of young women in the area with the ultimate aim of significantly improving their living standards and contributions to both the local and national polity.
According to Aisha Muhammad Maiwalle, the Founder and Director-General of the Foundation, “As women achieve power, the barriers will fall. As society sees what women can do, as women see what women can do, there will be more women out there doing things, and we’ll all be better off for it”
This groundb reaking initiative is being is being spearheaded by Esha .Maiwalle’s FOUNDATION to empower young women in Bauchi State, Nigeria. This innovative program aims to provide technical skills acquisition, sanitation, and hygiene security to young women, equipping them with life and self-preservation strategies for a smooth transition into adulthood.

– Equip the young girls with life and self-preservation strategies to navigate the challenges of adolescence and adulthood

Implementation Plan
The Esha Maiwalle’s Foundation is securing a formal Letter of Endorsement from the Bauchi State Government to facilitate access to educational, religious, and social institutions. The program will collaborate with private individuals, enterprises, and public sector institutions to deliver logistical, material, and technical support.
