The training took place at Inlaks’ Technical Resource Center (TRC) in Lagos and aimed to enhance the team’s understanding and proficiency in utilizing the Temenos banking platform for seamless banking operations. The interactive session conducted by the Inlaks implementation team focused on familiarizing participants with the various modules and techniques of the application. Topics covered included Customer and Account management, Teller/FT functionality, Administration, Security Management system, and interface review. The Central Bank plans to leverage the application software for efficient solutions and achieve optimal results as part of its digital transformation journey.
