Inlaks, the leading ICT infrastructure, and systems integrator in sub – Saharan Africa, facilitated a Temenos training session for the Audit team of the Central Bank of Gambia. The training took place at Inlaks’ Technical Resource Center (TRC) in Lagos and aimed to enhance the team’s understanding and proficiency in utilizing the Temenos banking platform for seamless banking operations. Temenos offers the broadest and deepest banking capabilities servicing 3000 customers, traditional and non-incumbents across the world from the largest to the smallest. 

The interactive session conducted by the Inlaks implementation team focused on familiarizing participants with the various modules and techniques of the application. Topics covered included Customer and Account management, Teller/FT functionality, Administration, Security Management system, and interface review. The Central Bank plans to leverage the application software for efficient solutions and achieve optimal results as part of its digital transformation journey.
